Mason Greenwood Was Remanded In Detention Until November 21 For Breaking The Terms Of His Bail.
Manchester United footballer Mason Greenwood has been arrested on suspicion of violating his bail conditions after he was first arrested in January.
Mason Greenwood was remanded to custody after a district court ruled that he violated his bail conditions on attempted rape and other felony allegations.
The 21-year-old Greenwood is scheduled to appear on his court in Manchester on 21 November.
Greenwood was out on bail until Saturday, when prosecutors decided to charge him for violating his bail conditions.
The former England international appeared in court on Monday after being charged with attempted rape, controlling and coercive behavior and assault. Greenwood spoke at the beginning of the hearing only to confirm his name, date of birth and address.
The court then heard the details of the charges against him.
It is said that the attempted rape occurred in October 2021, the assault in December 2021, and the domination and coercion occurred between November 2018 and October this year.
