Deputy Senate President, Barau’s Aide, Barde Nuhu Is Dead

Corporal Barde Nuhu, one of the police officers working with Deputy Senate President, Barau Jibrin, has died.

The man died in an accident while travelling to see his family in Shata village in Bosso Local Government Area of Niger State.

Ismail Mudashir, Special Adviser to the Deputy President of the Senate on Media and Publicity, in a statement, said Barde died on Saturday in a car accident while travelling to Shata village in Bosso Local Government Area of Niger State.

Senator Barau said the late driver was a dedicated and committed police officer who discharged his duties diligently to the best of his ability.

Senator Barau extended his condolences to Barde’s immediate family and the Nigeria Police Force, NPF.

“With a heavy heart but total submission to the will of Allah SWT, I mourn the passing of CPL Barde Nuhu, who died in a car accident while on his way to Bosso LGA in Niger State.

“He was a hardworking, dedicated and committed Police officer. May Allah SWT grant him Jannatul Firdausi,” he said.
