Tragedy as fresh graduate of Nigerian university found dead with her womb missing after attending nightclub in Ibadan
Tragedy struck as a newly graduated student, Omoniyi Boluwatife of Lead City University, Ibadan, was found dead with her womb brutally removed after attending a night club in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital.
The tragedic incident occurred two days after she was officially inducted into the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. She was inducted on Wednesday, August 9, 2023.
According to report, Boluwatife had gone to a nightclub to celebrate her induction. However, she was sadly found dead the next morning.
She was said to have left her mom, who came from Port Harcourt, Rivers State to celebrate with her, at home before heading to the club.

The death of Boluwatife has started generating fear as many demand an investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile, the Oyo State Police Command is yet to comment on the development, but the club where the lady went for the party reacted.
In the disclaimer issued by the club, Copacapana, said it can’t take responsibility for the incident.
One of the officials that talked with News tok revealed different people do come to the nightclub and when they leave, they aren’t responsible for what happened afterward.
“The police are on the matter and it is only CCTV footage we can provide since the incident did not happen inside our facility,” the official said.
“We believe the authority will serve justice on the issue and we’re clarifying that the incident didn’t happen in our facility.
“We are aware that this is emotional and difficult for the family of the victims, we send our condolences to the family at this crucial time. It is very important for the security and government to ensure such incident is averted,” the official concluded.
