FOGSU Lautech Chapter Pays Courtesy Visit to Prof. Raphael Abdulrahman Afonja
We are delighted to share the highlights of our courtesy visit to Prof Raphael Afonja (Former Oyo State Commissioner for Public Works and Transport) on Saturday, 23rd, 2023, as representatives of the Federation of Ogbomoso Students Union Government, LAUTECH chapter.
During our visit, we engaged in meaningful discussions concerning the well-being of our student body and the overall welfare of our esteemed institution. Prof Afonja graciously dedicated time to address crucial matters that impact the student community.
One of the significant announcements made during the visit was our decision to appoint Prof Raphael Afonja as one of the union patron. This decision was motivated by his remarkable influence, wealth of knowledge in the academic sector, and various other factors that we carefully considered.
