The STUDENT’S UNION GOVERNMENT of Best Legacy College of Education (BELCOED) Along Ogbomoso-Iresapa road, Oke-Owode area Ogbomoso Oyo State Nigeria. Organized a 3in1 program (FRESHERS ORIENTATION DAY,OPERATION FEED 200 STUDENTS AND FRESHERS NIGHT PARTY) This program was so amazing because at least 200 students from this institution went back home with food stuff.
In the school SUG PRESIDENT speech 🎤, Amb. Sen. OLADOKUN Elijah Odunayo (SHADOW) said one of the highlights of the program is our “Operation Feed 200 Students” initiative. This effort embodies the values of community and care that our institution stands for. Sharing a meal is more than just about food; it is about building connections, fostering camaraderie, and ensuring no one feels left out. This initiative reflects our collective responsibility to look out for one another and to build a culture where kindness and generosity thrive. In his speech, he gave some words of advice, he said ‘’To our new students, as you embark on this academic journey:
- Stay focused on your goals, but don’t forget to enjoy the journey.
2. Build meaningful relationships with your peers and lecturers.
3. Engage in activities that develop your skills beyond the classroom.
4. Always strive for excellence, knowing that your efforts today will shape the leader you will become tomorrow.
To my fellow students, thank you for believing in the vision of the SUG. Together, we can achieve great things. In conclusion, let us use tonight as a starting point for unity, growth, and collaboration. Let us make this academic year a remarkable one.
