To satisfy ASUU’s demands, FG ought to have used the $23 million Abacha loot.- ASUU President

The federal government should have utilised the seized $23 million in Abacha money, according to the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

This was said by Emmanuel Osodeke, the president of ASUU, in an interview that aired on Channels Television on Tuesday.

The federal government and the US came to an agreement last Tuesday to return a fresh batch of money that former Nigerian Head of State Sani Abacha had embezzled.

The Second Niger Bridge, the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, and the Abuja-Kano road will all be finished, according to Attorney General of the Federation Abubakar Malami.
