The driver of a commercial bus painted white, the state color of Oyo, was killed in a collision on Tuesday morning on the busy Ogbomoso-Oyo road.
Witnesses said the accident occurred around 8:00 a.m. on a completed section of the new highway.

“Contractors were paving the right lane from Ogbomoso to Oyo, so all oncoming and moving vehicles used the opposite lane,” an eyewitness told Star Potter.
“A vehicle trying to overtake a bus collided with the driver’s side while trying to avoid an oncoming vehicle. The driver died instantly after a head injury. His head was certainly full of blood. Other inmates suffered injuries of varying degrees. ”
At the time of filing this complaint, the identity of the deceased driver could not be confirmed.
Recall that an accident on the same street on Friday claimed the lives of a couple.
