100L student confesses to killing female colleague after kidnapping her and collecting ransom from her family (Video)
A 100-level Biology student at Federal University Lokoja (FUL), Kogi State, has confessed to taking the life of a female colleague whom he had kidnapped.
The suspect, identified as Jeremiah, was arrested by police in Kogi State and led them to the bush where he had buried Deborah, his female colleague.
Reports indicate that Jeremiah, from Kaduna State, abducted Damilola and took her to an uncompleted building before committing the crime.
He demanded N400,000 from her family, and after receiving the payment, he took her life. In a video that cannot be shared here, police claimed that Damilola’s gen!t@ls were cut off, though Jeremiah denied mutilating any part of her body.
When asked why he killed her after collecting the ransom, Jeremiah explained that she had seen his face, and he didn’t want her to escape and expose him. After ending her life, he reportedly contacted her family again, demanding an additional N10 million. However, police tracked him down and arrested him.
When questioned about an accomplice, Jeremiah confessed to acting alone.
