Oriire Youth Council Meets Youth Commissioner, Youth Agency Chair, Oriire Assembly Member, Seeks Synergy.

A delegation from the Oriire Youth Council, comprising Hon. Joshua Aderemi, Hon. Representing Oriire State Constituency at the Oyo State Youth Parliament, Ajadi Isaac, PRO, and Phebian Jacob, Financial Secretary, recently engaged with top officials in Ibadan to discuss the forthcoming #ORIIREFIRST Stakeholders’ Engagement. The group met with the Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, the Honorable Member representing Oriire at the Oyo State House of Assembly, and the Honorable Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development at the Oyo State Secretariat, Agodi.

The central focus of the discussions was on mobilizing youth involvement in the developmental processes of Oriire Local Government. During the meeting, the delegation underscored the importance of the youth demographic as a critical force in advancing local governance. They emphasized that fostering active youth participation in governance, community-building initiatives, and decision-making processes is essential for achieving the sustainable growth and progress of Oriire.
