Re:Suspension from Office due to Misappropriation of Union Funds and Property…

We, the legislative arm of the Federation of Ogbomoso Students’ Union, National Council, hereby serve you with this letter of suspension, effective immediately. This decision follows serious allegations and preliminary investigations into the misappropriation of union funds and property during your tenure as Executive President.

Reasons for Suspension:

• Misappropriation of Union Funds_: Allegations of unauthorized transactions and unaccounted expenditures have been leveled against you.
• Misuse of Union Property_: Irregularities in the management and disposal of union assets have been reported.

Terms of Suspension:

• You are barred from performing any duties or exercising powers as Executive President.
• You are required to surrender all union property, documents, and resources in your possession.
• You will cooperate fully with the investigative committee.

This suspension is pending the outcome of a comprehensive investigation and disciplinary action, as stipulated in our constitution and relevant laws ¹. You will be notified of the date and time for the hearing.
