Easter: Hon. Tolani Adigun Felicitates Christians, Ibadan Southwest Constituents, Offers Prayers for President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda
Hon. Tolani Adigun, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ibadan Southwest Constituency 1 in the 2023 general elections, has extended heartfelt Easter greetings to Christians across the world, particularly her constituents in Ibadan Southwest, and members of the APC family.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Hon. Tolani described the Lenten season as a sacred period for solemn reflection, sincere supplication, repentance, and the pursuit of spiritual renewal. She emphasized that Easter is not only a celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ but also a reminder of the enduring values of sacrifice, love, hope, and forgiveness that should guide daily living.
“As we commemorate the resurrection of Christ, I urge all Christians and Nigerians at large to imbibe the spirit of sacrifice, unity, and compassion. Let us use this season to foster peace, promote understanding, and strengthen our commitment to building a greater nation,” she said.
Hon. Tolani also prayed for the success of the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, expressing optimism that the “Renewed Hope” agenda will continue to bear fruits that will uplift the lives of all Nigerians. She urged citizens to remain steadfast in their support for the government’s reform efforts aimed at restoring economic prosperity, security, and national cohesion.
She further enjoined her constituents to maintain unwavering faith, remain law-abiding, and work together towards a more prosperous Ibadan Southwest Constituency, Oyo State, and Nigeria as a whole.
