Easter: Babatunde Adeyemi Felicitates Christians, Urges Prayers For President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda

Ìbàràpá-born Babatunde Adeyemi, a grassroots mobilizer and member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has extended warm Easter greetings to Christians across Nigeria and around the world.
In a goodwill message released on Sunday, Babatunde Adeyemi described the Lenten season as a sacred time for sober reflection, heartfelt prayers, repentance, and spiritual renewal. He noted that Easter is more than the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ — it is a call to live by the enduring virtues of sacrifice, love, hope, and forgiveness.
“As we mark the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, I urge all Christians and Nigerians to embrace the spirit of sacrifice, unity, and compassion. Let us use this season to foster peace, promote understanding, and renew our commitment to building a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria,” he said.
Babatunde Adeyemi prayed for the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, expressing optimism that the “Renewed Hope” agenda will continue to deliver positive transformation across all sectors. He called on citizens to remain steadfast, supportive, and patriotic as the government implements reforms aimed at reviving the economy, ensuring security, and strengthening national unity.
He further encouraged Nigerians to remain law-abiding, maintain unwavering faith, and work together towards a better future for the country.
“May the joy and blessings of Easter fill every home, renew every heart, and inspire each of us to contribute meaningfully to the growth of our communities and our nation. I wish everyone a peaceful, joyful, and blessed Easter celebration,” Babatunde Adeyemi concluded.
