Due to alleged abuses, YouTube takes down TB Joshua’s Emmanuel TV channel.
The YouTube channel of late synagogue Church of All Nations founder Prophet TB Joshua has been removed from the platform.
This comes after a platform, OpenDemocracy, identified and reported over 50 offensive videos of Joshua on video platforms that amplify his insults against his accusers.
Earlier this month, the BBC World Service, in collaboration with OpenDemocracy, published a three-part series in which whistleblowers, formerly senior members of the SCOAN, came forward with allegations of sexual and psychological torture, financial fraud and criminal negligence against Joshua.

These videos were originally filmed by the church’s Emanuel TV media department and feature some of the women involved in the investigative documentary.
YouTube, which has policies against cyberbullying and harassment and also specifically prohibits harassment of survivors of sexual violence, said: “The reported channel has been flagged for violating our hate speech policies.
