Chieftaincy Elevation: Hon. Tolani Adigun Congratulates Senator Teslim Folarin on His Conferment as Ààrẹ Aláásà of Ìbàdànland
Hon. Tolani Adigun, a stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the party’s candidate for Ibadan South-West Constituency I in the 2023 general elections, has extended heartfelt congratulations to distinguished Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin on his elevation to the esteemed chieftaincy title of Ààrẹ Aláásà of Ìbàdànland.
The prestigious title was conferred upon Senator Folarin by His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akinloyè Olakulehin Ige, the Olubadan of Ìbàdànland, in accordance with the Ibadan hierarchical chieftaincy ascension system and in recognition of his unwavering dedication to the progress of Ìbàdàn.
In her congratulatory message, Hon. Tolani Adigun described the elevation as both fitting and well-deserved, acknowledging Senator Folarin’s exceptional contributions to the political and social development of Ìbàdàn. She noted that the former Senate Leader and 2023 APC gubernatorial candidate has consistently demonstrated patriotic leadership and an unrelenting commitment to the growth of his people.
